IMPLEMENTATION OF RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE METHOD ON CRITICAL COMPONENTS STEAM TURBINE AT PT MADUBARUSteam turbine is a machine that can be used to convert heat energy from steam into mechanical so it produce electrical energy. As source of energy, Madubaru utilizes this turbine. The purpose research determine the Mean Time To Failure or MTTF and Repair MTTR values which components have highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) based on FMEA analysis. This study uses analysis Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. From results data processing has been done known most critical component coupling with damage percentage level 21.62% other components. Based calculation value, result 1863.74, means needs maintained checked after operating for 1863.74 hours around 77,656 days. In addition, 0.7941 hours, takes repair. While showed received RPN value 24 out cause occurred was due broken membrane hampered production process because necessary repair component.
